Four ways to take bookings, from zero code to one line of code. Everything below uses your business handle — the bit after calendar.fish/ that you picked at sign-up.
Your hosted booking page is live the moment you sign up. Put the link anywhere a link can go: Instagram bio, Facebook page, Google Business profile ("Booking link"), email signature, linktree.
Print the same link as a QR code from your dashboard — Dashboard → Share → QR — for reception, the window, and business cards.
Drops the full booking card (the one on our homepage) into your page, styled to blend in. Paste this where you want the card to appear:
Optional attributes:
Works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and plain HTML — anywhere that accepts an embed/HTML block. The widget is ~14 kB and loads after your page does.
Once your WhatsApp number is connected (Dashboard → WhatsApp → Connect), this link opens a chat with your practice or salon, pre-filled and ready to book. Use it as your "Book on WhatsApp" button:
calendar.fish answers with live availability, books the appointment, and sends the confirmation and reminders in the same chat. You can join any conversation yourself at any time.
There's a simple REST API and webhooks for new, changed, and cancelled bookings — enough to sync your practice software or a spreadsheet. Grab a key from Dashboard → API.
