Who makes tutor.fish

tutor.fish is built and run by Cloud WiFi Limited, a company registered in England and Wales and based in London. It launched in October 2026 and is one of three .fish booking products that share one platform: table.fish for restaurants, calendar.fish for appointment-based businesses, and tutor.fish for tutoring.

Why it exists

Most tutors run their diary through WhatsApp chats and notes. Finding a time takes several messages, weekly lessons are kept track of from memory, and reminders are sent by hand. tutor.fish replaces that with one booking page parents use without creating an account, a timetable that can’t double-book, and messages that go out on their own.

Who it’s for

Tutors working on their own — one booking link, your weekly hours and time off, and reminders sent for you.
Tutoring centres — several tutors and rooms on one timetable, group classes with a set number of places, and a class register.
Any subject — maths and science, languages, music, exam preparation, online or in person.

How we look after families’ data

Hosted in Ireland (AWS eu-west-1).
Tutor accounts are protected by two-step sign-in — an emailed code or an authenticator app.
Messages go to the parent, never the student. Parents can reply STOP to any WhatsApp message and get email instead.
Student details are only what the tutor chooses to add.

What it costs

$5 a month. WhatsApp is pay as you go. One subscription per tutor or centre, in US dollars. WhatsApp messages are separate — your billing page shows what each one costs before you buy.
